About department

Department of Physical education is one of the important department in Adarsh Mahavidyalaya, Omerga. Department was established in June 2000, it has been affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada  university,Aurangabad. Dr.Sonkate A.S. (M.A.,M.P.Ed.,Ph.D.) is the current Head of the Department.

Along with these courses department organizes various activities for the development of the students i.e. the Lectures of Experts, Organize different sports competition etc.

The department always tries to develop overall personality of students by conducting various student-centric activities frequently. The department organizes various programmes to inculcate social, National values and takes every effort for the betterment and development of students.
